By supporting the creation or strengthening of sustainable NITAGs and by providing useful information and tools to such committees, SIVAC aims to enable governments of low- and middle-income countries to formulate contextually appropriate immunization policies and programs. This in turn will increase vaccination coverage and improve public health.
