José Guerra is working with the World Health Organization’s evidence-informed policy network (EVIPNet) on the development of a tailor-made NITAG framework for issuing evidence-based recommendations.
A medic finishing his residency in public health, José holds a MPH of methodology and statistics in biomedical research from Paris XI University.
During his residency, he has worked in the epidemiologic field at the "Institut de Recherche pour le Développement", at Epicentre and at the Pasteur Institute.
He has also practised clinical care and worked in the field of health policy for health-related institutions (maternal and childcare at the "Conseil Général de Seine-Saint-Denis" and in severely disabled person care at the "Assistance Publique-Hôpitaux de Paris").
