Julia Blau is program officer for the SIVAC Initiative. She oversees the NITAG Resource Center and is also the focal point for two countries included in the SIVAC Initiative: Lebanon and Tunisia.
Prior to joining AMP in November 2009, Blau worked for WHO EURO in Brussels (the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies) and the World Bank in Washington DC.
Blau holds an MSc in health policy, planning, and financing from the London School of Economics and the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine.
