Dr. Ngoc Pham, as Program Officer for Vietnam, implements the SIVAC Initiative in Vietnam, and is the focal point for national health authorities and partners within the country. She supports the design, functioning, organization and technical activities of the NITAG.
She has many years of experience working at the Ministry of Health in internationally-funded programs as a Program Officer for a Breastfeeding Program and as a National Consultant Supporting priority provinces for a Preventive Health System Support Project.
Dr. Ngoc Pham obtained her medical degree from Hanoi Medical University in Hanoi, Vietnam. She also holds a master degree in Public Health Methodology from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium.
